(e) ship the products inner 1-2 business day after confirming the payment. most time, we ship the products in 1 business day after confirming the payment.

(f) offer the tracking number after we ship the products

(g) track the package when the products are on the way(you can check your package online in yourself)

(c) the price is unit price and not include shipping cost, tax &vat;

2. Discount Policy ( not including shipping cost , tax ;vat)
a): discount 3% if amount over USD1000 or 30 pcs per style/color/size.
b): discount 6% if amount over USD2000 or 50 pcs per style/color/size.
c): discount 10% if amount over USD5000 or 100 pcs per style/color/size.

d): discount further negotiatable if your amount over USD10000.

3. How to pay the order?
We accpet the payment term of western union/money gram/ bank transfer and other more types

4.About loyalty discount or rewards scheme
Yes, we supply loyalty discount, we will calculate your monthly order volume. (without the shipping cost, tax and VAT).

Once more than 2500USD, the order which you place in the next month will get 5% discount at least,even if the order is more than 1000USD.and less than 5000USD, get 10% discount at least,

more than 10000US, get 15% discount.
5. About Payment Time
General Payment must be made within 3 days of order. If there is any reason to delay payment,

1.The ways we ship the order  
a): Express service ( door to door) by TNT / DHL / UPS / EMS / OUR SPECIAL EXPRESS COMPANY.
b): Air line ( door to port ).

It takes 5-7 business days by TNT / DHL / UPS / EMS, depending on your location.
3. How long we prepare order after getting your payment?

Remark:
 if you pay the payment by bank transfer, we prepare the products after the payment reach our account.

4.How we calculate the postage?
(a)Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight,and each express company have the minimum weight.So buy more and save more! For example: the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. the weight of the parcel is heavier, the shipping cost is cheapter per KG.
(b)we will calculate the shipping cost when we get the order in detail from you.

(4)could we have any discount of postage?
(a)Yes ,we are a big customer of International express company, we can get the cheaper price of shipping. For example: we are the big customer of EMS, then we can get 40% discount from the post office.
(b)we also can get the cheaper price from TNT / DHL / UPS, if your order is big.

5.How to track the package?
we will offer you the tracking number when we send the order out.then you can track the condition of your package online time to time.
6.Why we can not tell you the shipping cost before order ?
the shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order ?? the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.05kg ,but the leather is about 0.3kg /pc ?? . And you could choose the shipping company you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you . If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee , you also can choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns&Terms

We attach importance to the quality of product and services , so before sending the parcel out, we always check the product twice and packaging by ourselves.
How to settle the problem , If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.
a): If the items is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
b): please take photo of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that we can check with factory.after confirmed we will add the news to your next order for free.
c): if we could not identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
